From there, you’ll find various options for technical support. Search by hardware (“DVR/NVR”; “Cameras”; or “Accessories”), or select the “How-To’s” button, for access to a comprehensive library of helpful information categorized according to the specific model of your unit. Have a question about your new DVR, NVR, or camera? Select the “How-To’s” button and you’ll be presented with a dropdown menu asking you to input the series of product you’re interested in.
