- You will be directed to enter your name and email address.
- Hit continue.
- You will be asked to provide a unique username and password.
- You will then be asked to enter your address, including country, postal (ZIP) code, and contact phone number.
- Once accepted, you will be asked to enter your model #, date of purchase, location of purchase, and other (optional) demographic information to help us better assist our customers.
For your convenience, you’ll also be offered the opportunity to upload a copy of your proof of purchase. Simply save a copy to your computer or smartphone hard drive and upload the file, by clicking the “Choose File” button.
Registration is not mandatory. But it can help streamline the warranty claims process, should your system encounter any problems covered by our generous warranty.
- Finally, click “submit”.
- Once completed, you’ll be able to access your personal account from the links at the top of the Q-See home page (www.q-see.com). Click “Your Account” and choose your individual account name.
