Q: How to Change the Password for Qsee NVR/DVR Security System?

If you want to change the user password for your Qsee NVR/DVR, there are 2 methods for reference.

Method 1: Set a new password according to the startup wizard;

Method 2: Enter the account module to set the password.

 

Method 1: Set a new password according to the startup wizard

When you boot the device for the first time, the wizard will guide you to reset the password.

 

 

Method 2: Reset the admin password in the device setiings

① Click "MainMenu".

 

② Go to "System" > "Account”

 

③ Select "admin" > "Modify Pwd" > Set up a new pwd > Click "OK" 

 

④ The window will pop up with the message "Success".
