What if I forgot the password to log in to the Qsee APP?

When you forget your Qsee's account login password, please follow steps below to reset your account password. Please note that the app login password is not the same as the device password.

Step 1: Click on the "Forgot password" option on the APP‘s login screen.

Step 2: Enter your Qsee account and click "Get verification code", you will receive a verification code at your registered email address.

Step 3: Enter the verification code and click "Next".

Step 4: Set up a new password for your account.
