What should I do after getting the super password?

Applies to: All Qsee's DVR/NVR systems.

You will get a super password from the Qsee Support team when you forget the password for the NVR/DVR. You can refer to the video or the text below for the subsequent operation.

Step 1: Firstly, contact the support team for the super password valid in 24 hours when you forget the password.

Step 2: Check the date of the device > Enter the corresponding super password to log in > Click "OK" > A pop-up window prompts the system to reboot > Click "OK".

Step 3: Wait for the system to reboot successfully and log in the system with default blank password.

Step 4: The system will indicate that the password has been successfully changed.
