Is the new Qsee APP compatible with previous Qsee cameras?
Unfortunately, the answer is no. You cannot access your old Qsee cameras on the new APP due to differences in servers and technological protocols. Please continue to use the relevant old Qsee app. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact Qsee.

Had to have a second DVR sent, and Mandy has been over and above with
her help. Now able to send survey as everything appears to be working like
it should . Was able to use the cameras I had from the old system, but will
try the new cameras as quality will be better. Installed app on two phones and one computer.
Image quality, ease of setup, night vision are all impressive especially for the price. But even more so is the motion-tracking. Other than wishing the night-vision illumination can be turned-off if needed, 4T is a good surveillance-system.

Need a comprehensive User Manual That tells me how to program the cameras to easily record and playback etc. The ONLINE is not sufficient enough.
Like my new DVR. Used my old cables to cameras. DVR so easy to install and activate. Have not installed the new cameras yet but the old ones worked too. Installing the app on a smart phone is very easy too and uncomplicated unlike the old system. ♥️ it. Thank you.
