Motion Detection & Tracking
The camera can accurately identify and follow any movement within its field of view. When any motion is detected, the app will alert you with instant notifications and the camera will track and record the motion which was detected.
Flexible Storage
Videos can be securely stored on a SD card (up to 128GB, not included in the package), which you can access and playback via Qsee app. If you are worried about losing recordings from SD card, you can choose to store recordings in Qsee cloud.

How to cancel my order?
You can contact Qsee to cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched. Please keep in mind that the shipment will be made before the tracking number is updated.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We can update your delivery address before the fulfillment of the order. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us in time. In most situations, creating a new order with the correct information is suggested if you want to remove or add products. Don't forget to request for cancellation of your previous order.
How to return my items?

Is the new Qsee APP compatible with previous Qsee cameras?
Unfortunately, the answer is no. You cannot access your old Qsee cameras on the new APP due to differences in servers and technological protocols. Please continue to use the relevant old Qsee app. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact Qsee.
